PEPC MISSIONS COMMITTEE
The PEPC Missions Committee generally is tasked with administration and allocation of the PEPC Missions budget. The Committee also:
- Maintains contact with supported individuals and ministries
- Prays for supported individuals and ministries
- Provides input to Session and staff regarding “missional” ideas
- Supports short-term mission activities
- Provides feedback to the congregation regarding PEPC mission activities
MEETING SCHEDULE: 4TH Monday of every month, 6:00 p.m., at PEPC
PEPC supports a wide variety of missions and ministries in our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth. Some of these missions and ministries are funded, managed, and implemented internally to directly support PEPC members, attendees, and friends of members/attendees. Some missions and missionaries within the United States and overseas are partially funded by PEPC. PEPC also has made a formal commitment to “partner” with four missionary efforts locally and worldwide. At this time we still are working on defining what “partnering” will look like for PEPC because at this time PEPC does not provided any direct funding to our partner missions. It is anticipated that PEPC may also provide support, organize, and provide resources for adult and student mission trips. And the last category of PEPC missions consists of time and leadership provided by PEPC members in a myriad of ways, places, and organizations without direct PEPC support.
