Here at PEPC we are using the Acts 1:8 model as our Biblical strategy for local and global outreach.

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

Service Opportunities

Jerusalem
Our Jerusalem is Parker.  Our Outreach in Parker is the Parker Task Force.

The Parker Task Force (PTF) for Human Services is a non-profit organization formed in 1987 to assist residents of Parker, Franktown and Elizabeth, who are in need of short-term assistance. Our organization was formed originally to be 100% volunteer and remains so today. PTF is operated totally by unpaid dedicated volunteers at every level.  PTF has a very low operating cost due because PTF pays no rent, utilities, maintenance, salaries, or benefits.

In addition to operating the Food Bank, PTF provides special holiday programs, emergency assistance, and referrals to other agencies that can assist local residents. The PTF continues to need more volunteers to support the many services they provide. Go to the PTF website listed below, or talk to the PEPC volunteers listed below, to learn more about PTF services and opportunities to serve and donate.
