Worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth
At a recent elder meeting, we were wrestling with the issue of what it means for us to be an intergenerational worshipping community.  We looked through the pages of Scripture and were struck by these amazing scenes where people from every tribe, tongue, nation and generation gather before the throne of God in heaven to worship Him forever.  This class will serve as a follow-up to the sermon series Dr. Doug Resler will be preaching through on worship this fall and will give participants a chance to dialogue, ask questions and explore the biblical and theological foundations to worship.  In addition, we will also be discussing practical matters such as how to create time each day for personal worship with God, how to lead your family in worship, and how to offer all of life back to God as an act of worship. Led by Dr. Doug Resler

Bible Questions & Answers
Whether you are reading through the Bible in a year and have questions about what you’ve been reading or just have general questions about the Bible, join this class to get some answers!  Led by Linda Brown and the Lightners as well as other panelists as needed.

Getting Started
Are you new to PEPC?  New to the Christian faith?  Do you feel lost at times or disconnected from God?  Don’t know where to begin when it comes to growing your relationship with Jesus Christ?  Join elders Steve Brown and Dr. Randy MacFarland as they answer some of the most basic questions about faith and life.  Issues like how to study the Bible, how to pray, how to know if we’ve been forgiven, how to experience victory over sin, and many others will be covered.  If you have questions you’ve always wanted to ask but haven’t because you were afraid of looking foolish, this is the class for you.  Led by Dr. Randy MacFarland and Steve Brown

Sharing Our Faith
Go and make disciples of all nations…this is the Great Commission given by Jesus to his disciples in every day and age!  But have you ever struggled to share your faith?  Ever wondered how to bring the faith conversation up with friends and neighbors?  This class gives you a chance to learn from Dave McCombs, one of the great experts in the field of evangelism.  Drawing on his extensive experience working with Campus Crusade for Christ and Promise Keepers, Dave will teach you one of the most fundamental but often overlooked ministry skills…how to share your faith with those who are not Christians.  This class will be team taught by Family Life Pastor Gary McCusker (once he returns from sabbatical) who will draw on his own experience working as an evangelist for PEPC and Youth for Christ. Led by Dave McCombs and Gary McCusker

252 Basics
Children (Infant – 5th Grade)
Cost:  $10/child or $25/family
252 Basics is an easy-to-use curriculum designed to put your mind at ease and your heart into overdrive. It centers on 3 Basic Truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52, (1) I need to make the wise choice; (2) I can trust God no matter what; (3) I should treat others the way I want to be treated.  By the time children reach the fifth grade, we want them to understand and own these 3 Basic Truths, so they’re reinforced each week. We also focus on a core virtue each month. This virtue is supported by the weekly bottom line—the learning aim for the day.
